I have been to Claire for hypnotherapy on two occasions, and both times she has helped me enormously. The first time I was struggling with chronic insomnia and she was able to help me get a good nights sleep without sleeping pills. More recently the lockdown triggered severe anxiety, and she was able to help me gain perspective and reduce my anxiety to manageable levels. These second sessions took place online via zoom which I had my doubts about initially, but I found them extremely effective. I would not hesitate to return to Claire for help in the future.


Claire is amazing, she makes you feel so comfortable with her warm and friendly manner.  She helped me work through my personal anxieties and also with my fear of flying!  I see her now for relaxation and enjoy my sessions so much.  I can't recommend her enough. 


I saw Claire to help manage my anxiety during some challenging dental work I had booked in. I had a long history of not being that keen on the dentist, but I knew this work was going to push what I could cope with. We only needed one session and the results were amazing. Even the dentist commented afterwards how calm and relaxed I was!


Claire made me feel at ease straight away and set up a very relaxing atmosphere. I used Hypnotherapy to stop biting my nails in time for my daughter's graduation. I found the therapy really beneficial so thank you! I would highly recommend Claire.


I came to Claire when I needed some help to manage some anxiety I had been experiencing. After 4 sessions I noticed that I was much more in control of my anxiety and I haven't suffered from any major anxiety attacks since. What I loved about our sessions were the relaxing visualisations. I am a big nature lover and Claire was able to take me on wonderful journeys through forests ands fields, all while she was reprogramming my brain to deal with my anxiety. I highly recommend Claire if you want to gain some control over your anxiety.


Claire is great! I feel so comfortable with her and trust her implicitly. On top of that, I have tangible improvements in my physical and mental wellbeing as a result of her sessions.


Claire is kind, sensitive and friendly. She really put me at ease. She helped me work through my challenges with great results and the whole process was incredibly relaxing. I thoroughly recommend her.
